Fred is a legislative officer in the House of Representatives. He served as a campus journalist and editor for various publications and institutions. He has an extensive writing experience, having written many editorials, news, features and opinion articles for various print and internet-based media. He also does publication layouts using a combination of programs: Corel Draw, Photo-Paint, Adobe PageMaker and PhotoShop.
